Andre Agassi's son Jaden and girlfriend Catherine Holt embrace pet parenthood with their new French bulldog, Rocky.

Jaden Gil Agassi, son of tennis greats Andre Agassi and Steffi Graf, and his girlfriend Catherine Holt have embarked on an exciting new chapter as pet parents. The couple recently introduced a French bulldog named Rocky to their family, marking a fresh milestone in their relationship.

Jaden and Catherine have been together for over two years and are preparing to celebrate their third anniversary in September 2025. Catherine announced their new role as dog owners on social media, sharing photos of Rocky and expressing joy about becoming “officially dog parents.” Jaden also celebrated this addition by reposting Catherine’s message, welcoming Rocky to their home.

Jaden’s Sports Journey and Catherine’s Shared Passion for Athletics

Born on October 26, 2001, in Las Vegas, Jaden Agassi has chosen to make his mark in a sport different from his parents’ tennis legacy. Instead, the 23-year-old is pursuing baseball as a pitcher, playing for the Mahoning Valley Scrappers in the 2024 MLB Draft League. His parents, who married in 2001, have always supported his sporting ambitions despite their tennis background.

Catherine Holt complements Jaden’s athletic interests with her education and experience in sports management. Holding a degree in Applied Physiology and Sports Management from a Texas university, she has also completed an internship with the Texas Rangers, a professional baseball team. The couple’s shared enthusiasm for sports and teamwork has clearly been a crucial part of their bond.

How Jaden Benefits from the Experience of His Parents Andre Agassi and Steffi Graf

Jaden has spoken openly about the support his parents provide in his own athletic career. Though Andre Agassi and Steffi Graf made their names in tennis, they offer valuable guidance based on their vast experience in professional sports.

“They help me out in so many ways I couldn’t even name, but they’re a great resource. They’ve been through it, obviously in a different sport, but they’ve seen it all and done it all. They’ve been a huge help, absolutely. Agassi is a very tennis last name, of course. The goal is to try to make it a baseball one,”

said Jaden during an interview with WKBN News.

He also recalled a childhood memory of celebrating his father’s victory at the US Open, highlighting the strong connection he shares with his parents through sports.

“I guess my earliest memory would be I want to say it was the US Open. I forget what year it was, but I just remember my dad won a match, and I just remember my mom letting me go around on the court, giving him a big hug,”

he added.

The Legacy of Tennis Greats and the Future Ahead

Andre Agassi retired from tennis in 2006 after an illustrious career that included eight Grand Slam singles titles and an Olympic gold medal. Steffi Graf, who stepped away from competitive play in 1999, achieved 22 Grand Slam singles titles and also claimed Olympic gold. Their sporting legacies have set high standards, which Jaden is channeling into a promising baseball career.

As Jaden and Catherine celebrate their new life as pet parents with Rocky, their burgeoning relationship and shared ambitions suggest a hopeful and determined future. Their journey highlights the blending of legacies and new beginnings, both in sports and personal growth.
