Challenges Faced on the Mexico City Circuit
Drivers faced difficulties adapting to the 15-turn, 2.42-mile circuit, with Turn 4 proving particularly demanding. Austin Cindric missed his braking point at this corner, and Noah Gragson made contact with the wall there. Several other drivers also struggled to slow sufficiently for the turn, highlighting the track’s complexity.

Ryan Truex joined the weekend as a substitute for Denny Hamlin, finishing 36th in the practice with a speed of 90.946 mph in the No. 11 Toyota.
