Limited edition Shohei Ohtani Dodgers bobbleheads capture his iconic swing, celebrating key moments in team history.

FOCO has introduced exclusive Shohei Ohtani Dodgers limited edition bobbleheads that highlight significant moments in franchise history. Each bobblehead is crafted with a unique patch-themed base representing key Dodgers milestones, available starting now with only 125 units produced for each model.

The Shohei Ohtani bobblehead depicts the pitcher and hitter in the Dodgers’ home uniform as he swings a bat. This figure rests on a wood-textured base engraved with the text “SHOHEI OHTANI” and “LOS ANGELES DODGERS.” Surrounding the base are patches commemorating important events, such as the franchise’s first World Series victory in 1955, the 50th anniversary of Dodger Stadium, and 60 years of the Dodgers in Los Angeles.

Similarly, the Dodger Dog bobblehead wears the home jersey and is portrayed as the team mascot catching a ball, also featuring the historic patches around its base. Both pieces are strictly limited to 125 units each, with no plans for restocking once these are sold out.

Additional Dodgers Collectibles and Shohei Ohtani’s Upcoming Start

Beyond these limited edition figures, FOCO is offering a boxed set of mini bobbleheads featuring Peanuts characters dressed in Dodgers gear. There are also commemorative versions celebrating Ohtani’s pitching comeback and his milestone of 200 career home runs.

Shohei Ohtani is scheduled to make his second pitching start for the Dodgers on Sunday. The team has not yet revealed whether he will pitch just one inning again or extend his time on the mound into a second inning.

Evolution of the Dodger Dog’s Official Supplier and Team Priorities

The Dodger Dog, once supplied by Farmer John, underwent a supplier change in 2021, switching to Papa Cantella’s as the official vendor. The introduction of a vegetarian alternative from Field Roast has also been part of this update. This transition led to some debate among fans, prompting Dodgers leadership to emphasize the importance of maintaining product quality and tradition.

When announcing the partnership with the Dodgers, Tony Cantella, president of Papa Cantella’s, stated,

“Like the Dodgers, our history and community ties run deep in Los Angeles. We could not be more proud to be partnering with this iconic brand and product.”

Dodgers president and CEO Stan Kasten reflected on the commitment to upholding the team‘s standards during the supplier change. This shift illustrates the organization’s focus on preserving quality and honoring fan expectations.
