By the All-Star break, he has already hit 21 home runs, just three shy of his previous career best, while maintaining a .292 batting average and an .890 OPS over 86 games. Thanks to Greene’s contributions, the Tigers hold a 54–34 record and lead the American League Central by 12.5 games over the Cleveland Guardians. Detroit also boasts the best record in the entire American League as the team pushes confidently toward the postseason.
