NASCAR Cup Series 2024 Schedule: Key Race Winners and Dates You Can’t Miss

The NASCAR Cup Series 2024 schedule kicks off in February with multiple significant events, including the popular x-Clash and Duel races held at Daytona. The schedule features several key winners early in the season such as Chase Elliott, Christopher Bell, and William Byron, highlighting the strong competition right from the start. Fans can expect a full slate of races at iconic venues stretching from Daytona to Darlington in the months ahead.

On February 1, the x-Clash Heat Races saw victories from Chase Elliott, Chris Buescher, Denny Hamlin, and Tyler Reddick across four heats. The next day, Kyle Larson claimed the x-Clash Last Chance Qualifying Race, while Chase Elliott won the Cook Out Clash event at Bowman Gray. Later in the month at Daytona, Bubba Wallace and Austin Cindric secured wins in the Duel races on February 13 before William Byron earned the top spot in the prestigious Daytona 500 on February 16.

March to May: Mid-Season Highlights and Rising Stars

March began with a sweep from Christopher Bell, who won three races in March, including the Ambetter Health 400 on February 23, the EchoPark Automotive Grand Prix on March 2, and the Shriners Children’s 500 on March 9. Other notable wins include Josh Berry capturing the Pennzoil 400 on March 16 and Kyle Larson taking the Straight Talk Wireless 400 on March 23. Denny Hamlin stood out with victories at both the Cook Out 400 on March 30 and the Goodyear 400 on April 6.

April continued with Kyle Larson winning the Food City 500 on April 13 and Austin Cindric taking the Jack Link’s 500 on April 27. Chase Briscoe triumphed at the Great American Getaway 400 on June 22, while Chase Elliott took the Quaker State 400 on June 28.

July also featured Hamlin winning the Autotrader EchoPark Automotive 400, with the Brickyard 400 scheduled for July 27 at Speedway, Indiana. August remains packed with notable races such as the Iowa Corn 350, Go Bowling at The Glen in Watkins Glen, and several Cook Out events in Richmond and Darlington. The Coke Zero Sugar 400 will take place in Daytona Beach later in the month, continuing the season’s momentum.

Upcoming Events and Playoff Season Ahead

The NASCAR Cup Series continues through September and October with several key races leading into the playoffs. Events include the Enjoy Illinois 300 in Madison, the Bass Pro Shops Night Race in Bristol, and multiple playoff races at New Hampshire and Kansas City. The season then moves to late October and early November with races at Concord, Las Vegas, Talladega, and Ridgeway. The championship event is set for November 2 in Avondale, Arizona, concluding the 2024 NASCAR Cup Series.
