Corey Heim clinches 2025 NASCAR Truck Series regular-season title with remarkable performance, setting stage for championship pursuit.

Corey Heim has secured the 2025 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series regular-season title with two races still remaining. His fourth-place finish at the T-Sport 200 held Friday at Indianapolis Raceway Park cemented his lead and earned him an additional 15 playoff points, key advantages heading into the postseason.

Heim’s Dominant Performance Through the 2025 Season

The driver from Marietta, Georgia, has delivered an impressive campaign this year, capturing five victories, leading over 1,000 laps, and earning 10 top-five finishes alongside 12 top-10 results. This marks Heim’s second regular-season championship, having first claimed the honor in 2023.

“It feels really good,” Heim told Fox Sports. “Just a testament to how good we’ve been this year. I feel like this is probably the first race where I haven’t had a legitimate shot to compete for the win. That really says something. Just really proud of all the guys at TRICON Garage, they’ve been lights out this year.”

Playoff Prospects and Pursuit of First Championship

Since the beginning of the 2023 season, Heim has tallied 14 race wins but has yet to capture the Truck Series championship. The 23-year-old enters the playoffs with a heightened level of speed and valuable experience, positioning him as a strong contender to secure his inaugural title this fall.

Having amassed a significant advantage in playoff points, Heim is better equipped to navigate the postseason and aim for a third straight appearance in the Championship 4. He will look to leverage this momentum as the Truck Series playoffs kick off at Darlington Raceway on August 30, following the conclusion of regular-season events at Watkins Glen on August 8 and Richmond on August 15.

Upcoming Challenges and the Road Ahead

With only two regular-season races remaining, the upcoming rounds will test Heim’s consistency and speed before the intensity of the playoffs begins. The postseason promises a high-stakes environment where his regular-season success and accumulated points could prove crucial in his championship bid.
