Fans who confirm their ticket purchase via email will be able to collect their Paul Skenes bobblehead at designated redemption locations during specific dates. These include Mondays through Thursdays from August 11 to 14, August 25 to 28, and Saturday, August 16. The distribution hours generally run from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with an extended schedule until 7:00 p.m. on Wednesdays.

The primary pickup site is PNC Park at 115 Federal Street, situated between the Willie Stargell statue near the Wigle Whiskey restaurant and the Pirates Clubhouse store.
