Pittsburgh Pirates Ramp Up Paul Skenes Bobblehead Production Amid Soaring Fan Demand
Eager fans swarm Pittsburgh for Paul Skenes bobblehead; Pirates scramble to meet overwhelming demand. Iconic keepsake highly sought after!

The Pittsburgh Pirates are responding to overwhelming fan enthusiasm for the Paul Skenes Pirates bobblehead demand following their giveaway during a recent game against the Cleveland Guardians. On that day in April, the team distributed 20,000 bobbleheads of their standout pitcher, attracting more than 37,000 attendees and sparking long lines that stretched beyond the stadium and across the Roberto Clemente Bridge to North Shore.

Due to the unexpectedly high demand surpassing initial bobblehead supplies, Pirates management has introduced new measures to ensure fans can obtain this cherished collectible. They have committed to providing a bobblehead to every ticketed attendee, requiring fans to submit their ticket details via email for verification and redemption.

Steps for Fans to Redeem Their Paul Skenes Bobbleheads

Fans who confirm their ticket purchase via email will be able to collect their Paul Skenes bobblehead at designated redemption locations during specific dates. These include Mondays through Thursdays from August 11 to 14, August 25 to 28, and Saturday, August 16. The distribution hours generally run from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with an extended schedule until 7:00 p.m. on Wednesdays.

The primary pickup site is PNC Park at 115 Federal Street, situated between the Willie Stargell statue near the Wigle Whiskey restaurant and the Pirates Clubhouse store. A Pirates staff member will assist fans at the location. To claim the bobblehead, attendees must present a digital coupon through the MLB Ballpark app as proof of eligibility.

Additional Venues and Options to Collect Bobbleheads

Fans can also retrieve the Paul Skenes bobblehead on August 18 during a home game against the Toronto Blue Jays, provided they have a game ticket for that day. On game days, bobbleheads will be available at the Subscriber Headquarters, accessible via the elevated bridge adjacent to the escalators in the main lobby behind section 132. This location will remain open only until the third inning.

For supporters unable to attend in person or located outside the Pittsburgh area, the Pirates offer assistance through phone and email contact. Fans can reach out by dialing 1-800-Buy-Bucs or emailing talkback@pirates.com to explore alternative ways to obtain the bobblehead. Ongoing updates and news regarding the team and collectible distribution continue to be shared through Pirates OnSI.
