amfAR will return to Las Vegas on Friday, November 21, 2025, to host its amfAR Las Vegas benefit gala, this year presented in partnership with the Formula 1 Heineken Las Vegas Grand Prix. The event, held at Wynn Las Vegas, will feature a seated gala dinner, a live auction of rare vehicles and fine art, luxury experiences, and musical performances to support amfAR’s mission to advance lifesaving HIV research.
Details of the Gala and Partnership Highlights
The evening aims to bring together philanthropy and excitement, capitalizing on the global attention of the Las Vegas Grand Prix. amfAR CEO Kevin Robert Frost expressed enthusiasm about the new collaboration.
“We are thrilled and grateful to be officially partnering with Formula 1 this year,”
he said.
“Their support will help advance our research aimed at curing HIV and will bring much-needed global visibility to the fight against AIDS.”
Emily Prazer, President and CEO of Las Vegas Grand Prix, Inc., underlined the importance of the partnership.
“We have immense respect for the work amfAR does in the fight against AIDS, and we’re honored to be a presenting partner for this year’s gala,”
she said.
“It’s a great event that raises critical funds for an even greater mission, and we are proud to have it serve as a meaningful complement to the excitement of Las Vegas race week.”
Exclusive Race Weekend Access for Gala Attendees
Attendees of the amfAR gala will be offered exclusive access to premium race weekend packages tied to the Formula 1 Heineken Las Vegas Grand Prix. Options include the Wynn Grid Club three-day experience and the Formula 1 Paddock Club™ for one, two, or three days, providing a unique connection between charitable giving and the thrilling atmosphere of the race.
Recap of Last Year’s Impact and Honorees
The inaugural amfAR Las Vegas gala, also held at Wynn Las Vegas, raised more than $3 million in 2024. Hosted by comedian Jay Leno, the event included a special performance by music icon Diana Ross. The evening also honored actor, writer, and director Sylvester Stallone and philanthropist and model Jennifer Stallone with amfAR’s Award of Inspiration.

Although HIV/AIDS remains a significant health challenge in the United States, especially in Nevada, where infection rates are high, ongoing research supported by events like this helps improve treatments. These therapies make HIV a manageable condition but require lifelong medication. Funds raised at the gala are vital for advancing the search for a cure that could ultimately end the epidemic.
Official Partners and Supporting Organizations
Wynn Las Vegas serves as the official hotel and resort partner for amfAR Las Vegas, providing a luxurious setting for the gala and associated events. The event is further supported by 101 Studios, contributing to its success and reach during the Las Vegas race week.
