Charles recently spoke about how his journey has been tied to his family’s sacrifices, particularly during an event when both Charles and Arthur participated in the first practice session at the 2024 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix. He described the emotional hardships his father faced when Arthur had to pause his racing career due to financial challenges.

For my mum, she will be travelling here tomorrow to see the FP1 so it will be a very emotional moment, but I’m looking forward to it. He deserves it and I’m really happy for him.
